Don't use this company.  Came round to quote for my hedges, gave me a price and arranged a date to do the work.  Rang him on the day as he hadn't turned up and he was on holiday, I was told he couldn't remember me and that he didn't have time!  Unbelievable.

This company badly let me down.  I accepted a quote and arranged a date for them to cut my hedge.  I messaged the night before to make sure they were going to do this.  No reply.  When I rang them on the arranged day, I was told that he had been looking for my phone number to say he couldn't do the hedge because it was too large.  He had driven past three weeks earlier and decided that it was too big a job for him.  He could have stopped at the house and said as much or he could have replied to my text message sent the night before.  It was blatantly obvious that he was just not going to turn up.  This is no way to conduct and business.  I would not recommend anyone who can so badly let a customer down.
